One fast way to manually remove those is to write down the file names exactly as seen and boot into safe mode. That will insure nothing but the basics are loaded. Then go to the location(s) where these files are located for manual removal. While there see if you can get AVG to run a second scan to see if it locates anything else for manual removal as well while in safe mode. Then reboot to the normal desktop.
