thnal1ac.exe

You got a lot more than Nail, but we'll start with that.

First, download Ewido Security Suite.

Next, download Lavasoft's Ad-Aware and the VX2 Cleaner Plug-in. Install Ad-Aware using the default options, then install vx2cleaner_inst.exe, taking all the defaults there as well.

Run Adaware, check for updates, then go to Add-ons and select the VX2 cleaner. Run it and follow all the prompts.

When Adaware finishes doing it's thing, update Ewido and run a full scan.

Then reboot and post a new Hijackthis log.

Ewido Security Suite, VX2 Cleaner Plug-in will not load. Source file cannpt be read for the first, connection refused on the second.

Download Hostsfile Reader. Install and run it, in the lower window should be C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts, if it's not there scan for hosts. Double-click it, select "delete" then "Reset default".
Reboot then run Hostsfilereader again, and post the entries in the hosts file (should look like 127.0.0.1 Localhost)
