Those case sticker... Things

I'm looking for one of those sticker things that you can buy for ps3 or xbox thAt sort of 'mod' the case. Though what I want is a custom one where I can choose the size shape and design. And I just looked on gamestop, there are called skins. Any way, I'd like one for my PC. Preferably an aerated one so it doesn't Renee my side fan useless. any ideas?

You could always pierce the skin to adjust to the fan surround!
