Those lockups...

OK...talk about irony... Remember those lockups? Maybe my new computer had a bug and my old one has cought it  Every time I try to play Flat Out Racing, it'll go for about one minute(usally less...MUCH less) then reboot. The HD will spin down, and it'll go to the Post screen. I feel pretty sure there's a BSOD but I'm just not seeing it because it goes by so fast. This monitor takes a while to change resolutions, so I feel I'm just not seeing it, similarly to before...

Anyway, it's not that big of a deal, but it is annoying as this is the system I use during the weekends I'm home. I might use my laptop some too, but this one is just easier to use...

Ideas? Otherwise, I think it's all fine. I can play flash games, work in Poser, and the such... I did manage to get the soundcard working. It might of been my volume control buttons messing up, I donno...

Is it a lockup EVERYTIME you open Flat Out or is it only sometimes? (You can also check you logging in admin controls and see if it's BSoDing you and if so what the message is). Only answer I could give now would be check the RAM, check the PSU, and check viruses/spyware/adware. (Guessing it's not RAM though cause you said it was only in Flat Out that it would lockup and reboot).
