Okay so I'm trying to build the best gaming computer for under $650 that I can. Please tell me what you think about the build below, thanks

CPU: AMD Phenom II x4 955 3.2Ghz ($119 @ Newegg)
GPU: AMD Radeon 6950 by Gigabyte 870Mhz 1Gb GDDR5 ($239 @ Newegg)
MOBO: Biostar A870U3 ($65 @ Newegg)
RAM: CONSAIR Vengence 2 x 4Gb DDR3 1600Mhz ($47 @ Newegg)
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM 500Gb SATA III ($45 @ Newegg)
ODD: SAMSUNG CD/DVD RW+ ($17 @ Newegg)
PSU: Sunbeam 680W ATX 2 x 6+2 PCI Power ($40 @ Newegg)
Case: HEC Blitz Black Steel Edition ($40 @ Newegg)

Total: $605

That's a low end mb and ps.
Use the other 45 for better quality on those. Gigabyte/Asus - xfx/seasonic/silverstone/antec/corsair
There cd burner combos with those Seagate drives, and ram combos with that cpu.
Get 2x2gb memory for now if you have to.

The rest looks good.

as was said, better psu, better motherboard...heck you could save a bit by going with non fast ram...you probably wont miss it..unless your some sort of l33t overclocker... eh and most importantly windows 7 is about 100 bucks, dont leave that out

and also, this isn't the most important thing, but a quality case is nice, both asthetics and quality can come from a lian li or coolermaster haf for about 60, it's worth the 20, but that is less important than the mobo and especially the psu, and for the mobo you want to look for an am3+ one, preferably with a 970 chipset, they are around 100, just drop the gpu down to a 6870 or 6850.
