Throw the old monitor?

I have 3 computers and 4 monitors.
2 monitors are about 9 years old.
The oldest is a Packard Bell
Manufactured: May 1995
Model:1412SME
What can I do withem beside
increase the garbage of the World ?

LOL lucky you .... i sold junked 19" monitors for $120 .... nice viewsonics too ... just needed a bit of repair Course I gave away a whole bunch of them too

What about a 9 years old 15" ?
I can sell it for 25 $ or ...

I wouldnt pay more than $15 for that but you might be able to get $25

In case you didnt know it, TFT loosely translates to LCD and since Andreas is talking about 3-4 year old "monitors" odds are they are CRTs rather than TFTs

Somebody told me to convert it to an oscilloscop
Someone made aquariums from empty monitor

I'm more interested by tackling with its DB9 so
probably somebody have tried this already ...
