Ok so your expert advice allowed me to successfully remove the ads, trojans, and bad stuff off my comp. I used the housecall, search and destroy, ad aware, and HJT programs t remove my viruses.

BUT - now my computer runs normal except for everything being slow...internet, games, music - it all seems lagged! Is this just how computers recover from a virus attack? Something is messed up here. Thanks guys...here's the latest HJTL

ok guys im trying to figure out what "AV" is? I'm assuming audio/video

do you think i need to reinstall the drivers for my motherboard (integrated) and that will take care of my "sluggish" computer probs?

noo lol, anti-virus. noo, dont think it will be drivers, probrably spyware, viruses etc., or your computer specs, what are your specs?

This is the online Panda scan.

It still looks like your log is from safemode which means it's not showing everything. You need to run HJT from normal windows.Did you try 'Last Known Good Configuation'?.

yep I tried that. I'm not in safe mode now for sure. but I still can't figure out any idea why my comp is running so slow. I got rid of winstall and tons of other crap. Everything appears fine but it doesn run fine.
