Tiger Direct Barebones kits

Hi,

I recently became interested in buying a barebones amd kit from tigerdirect.com. Although I am having trouble deciding which kit to get. I want to play new games like Batman Arkham Asylum, Splinter Cell:Conviction, Toy Story 3 etc but my current video/graphics card is ancient and not compatible.(it's an NVidia Geforce 4 MX 440 for god's sake!)

I found some nice kits that seem to have he processors that these games require, let me know if they are compatible or good for that matter:

1. http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/searchtools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=6077783&csid=_21

2. http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=6046433&CatId=1916

3. http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=5680835&CatId=332

will these work for the games listed above?

the requirements for Batman Arkham Asylum are:
OS: Windows XP Sp2/Vista Sp1
Processor:Core 2 Duo 2.2GHz processor family/Athlon 64 X2 4400+ (required for MP host)
Memory: 2 GB RAM
Hard Drive:12 GB
Video Memory: graphics card with 512MB (SM 3.0). NVidia 8600 GTS or ATI HD 2900 XT.
Sound Card - DX9.0c compliant
DirectX:9.0C

Requirements for Splinter Cell:
AMD Processor - Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4000+
Nvidia Graphics Card - Geforce 8600 GTS 512MB
ATI Graphics Card - Radeon HD 2900 XT 512MB
RAM Memory - 2 GB
Hard Disk Space - 10 GB
Direct X - 9

Requirements for Toy Story 3:
AMD Processor - Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4800+
Nvidia Graphics Card - Geforce 8600 GTS 512MB
ATI Graphics Card - Radeon HD 5570
RAM Memory - 1 GB
Hard Disk Space - 6 GB
Direct X - 9

Will any of these games work on those kits I linked above? IF so, which games will work on what kit? I am not good at all the tech stuff so please help and don't laugh if it's obvious haha!

Thanks

These not look good for me.
What is your overall budget? Is it a must going for tigerdirect? newegg usually provide more choice.

No they wont be able to play those games. They all have IGP motherboards.
If you buy them you will be playing on really thin Ice
Those PCs are not worth buying.
It would be better you build your own.
Tell us your budget.

honestly the only one i liked was the first one and as mihir said, your budget just doesnt allow for OS, GPU and other essential parts, you would be stuck between a rock and a hard place, unless you have some parts laying around and a OS disk..kinda stuck at a budget around 400-500 bucks for mild gaming, the console will do the trick and probably last a while too, just need a TV i guess

I have the OS already and I can order a GPU when I buy the computer. I just wanted to know if these Computers would play the games.

As long as you use a better GPU I'd say any of those 3 could handle those games. You might be cutting it a little close on RAM if you go with Vista. XP should be fine.
