time and Data error (CCB-F)

HI to all

I have windows 7 and i have a new problem :

When i open my computer or internet explorer it show me an error that i showed in below

Please help me for it.
I am sure that the time and data is true.
I also change my motherboard buttery and set to Default but this error is still...

Please help me step by step for solve this problem.

have you tried setting the time clock settings to something different other than the windows default time setting and it may resolve the problem if not it could be some one attempting to access your pc through a recently installed program, try removing any abnormal programs bootup using the msconfig function and see if that helps
