Time for a new video card???

I have a XFX 6600GT AGP. I've had it for a while but I think it's gotten to the point were it runs kind of slow. I do play games on my PC like Battlefield 2142 with reasonable settings. I have my eve on XFX 7600GT AGP. How much of a difference will this video card make?? Will it be worth it??

I don't plan to upgrade to a SLI motherbord/video card anytime soon, so I would keep the video card for a while. Let me know what you think...
 
I know, I just mentioning for the people who would suggest that I go the full 10 yards and replace my MoBo, and video card to SLI for the best gaming experience...
