anyone got any tips. i keep getting slaughtered on any game mode i play. i really like ground war. tdm is a little to slow for me.

How long have you been playing and what level are you?
You might need to just persist for a start. Just try and get some levels up so that you can unlock the decent weapons etc...
You could also try running through the Single Player if you haven't already, just to get used to the game

Ground War is TDM or Domination.
Ground War means more players and longer games in TDM.
Level up till you get SCAR H, things get easier from then onwards.

im a level 28. i think i already unlocked the scar. i should rephrase what i said. i like ground war cause there are more ppl. but i die as soon as i spawn. i played WaW and mwr on the wii. and prestiged in both. got rid of waw and still have modern warfare reflex and can beat the snot outta anyone just about. except the ones that jump around everywhere. (please don't flame the wii, it was really cheap and im po.) i was told im too used to the wii games and im too aggressive.

Bin the game as its crap and get BFBC2 thats a game for men not silly boys.

right serious, go normal at first. I find the easiest way to get kills on normal:
automatic rifle, my personal favourite for non-hardcore is m4a1, but scar works good too
stopping power and steady aim with your choice of first blue perk (scavanger I use because of the extra nades and because with killstreaks, you can run out of ammo easy if you get a long one going)
if you have holographic scope it is the most accurate. If you use bling, use FMJ too for extra damage and impact. I wouldn't recomend silencer for normal, reduces the damage alot, even with stopping power.
Don't stop moving, and check doorway and corners, and if you know there are enemies nearby, sneak, as in crouch. Yes, you move more slowly, but you will get alot more kills and won't die as much. Always listen too for enemies moving, and remember if you die, note where you respawn, the enemy will almost always be on or near the opposite side of the map, so try to make your way over tehre to be near them and get kills. You can try to flank them or get behind too, take them unaware
It is all practice though really, you can say shoot them, but it is one thing saying it, another thing doing it, and doing it comes with practice. I'd still say CoD4 or BC2 is better though

Use the Famas, it's a really cheap noob gun. One burst kills as any distance anywhere. As for perks, use Marathon, stopping power and commando.
And no your computer will not be able to play BC2.

What is your playing style? I'm more of a run an gun type. So of course maps that the buildings are closer together I just dominate in. I just pick 2 guns and hipfire both of them. But if you're dying too much, it sounds like you're being too aggressive, ie trying to 'rambo' it. Go into noob mode and just crouch into an area, sit and wait a bit, if nothing happens, move into the next area, and repeat. Alot of people complain about it, but know what, they're the morons that keep coming to the same spot over and over again
