Tiscali Broadband Stop?

Hey. I'm currently using Tiscali's 2MB BroadBand and I find that when I try to access things like: chats and things that open a new window, it says it cannot connect. And it also stops some websites coming through to.. also, I have Blueyonder broadband to but I'm getting rid of that but when I use that internet all the sites and all the windows open. I don't get it, does Tiscali block sites without you knowing. I would really like some help people, would appreciate it. Thanks, Daryll :D

Make sure that your not set to "work offline" in IE. Even though i dont use IE really, sometimes if its set to work offline mode some programs that use the internet give me a cannot connect error. :)

Also make sure you have allowed the program access to the internet if you have a firewall.
 
Its not that, its the fact it all works on my blueyonder internet but it seems to be blocked on my tiscali one. Its weird and ive switched my pop-up blocker off by the way ! lol
