TL-WR841N And I can't reliably connect

I bought a TL-WR841N router off ebay, the seller saying specifically that it works with windows 7, it worked alright for a while but now it won't connect to my windows 7 x64 laptop ( i get the windows can't connect error and the troubleshooter is no help whatsoever), i get internet through wired fine but I don't wan't wired because it is a bloomin' laptop!

It is a DV7-3101sa
