I had a pc with 571 files infected with the same viruses.+1 spyware which makes 572.Norton 2006 is suppose (can) remove spyware.When i try to resolve it it said that it cannot remove this file.OK i'll accept this is spyware issue but with 571 risks resolve (all deleted)..
i browsed to the folderwhere the file actually is but i found all 571 files there !!...what the F**k ?..yet it said deleted...and what bothers me that window keeps on poppin saying viruses detected (which is really a pain in the a**,cannot go away) and removed (fat lyar) but none was resolve..i connected my pen drive and that virus f**ked it up bad asking me to format. i got a copy of stinger (yet another crap) which didn't detect anything...i tried advance spyware remover and 98 files were removed.
Thursday i will scan this HD using Kaspersky and i bet you that all viruses will fade to dust...KASPERSKY rules !!!..im sorry but i waont use norton products again due to the fact that
1..that on screen error message keeps on poppin every 2 sec..
2..Cannot actually DELETE the file (note that the file is not lock)
