To copy word-processed text into email

Before sending an email I write its contents in word-processing and I copy and paste it in the email.

However, often the text that I paste into the email is different with different font.

This gives me extra work because I have to amend this text before sending the email and even sometimes I cannot amend it like I wish

I would like to know what I can do so that this does not happen.

Why not just compose the email in your email program?

I really don't understand people like you.

Because my email program has not the same facilities as a word-processing program.

Moreover, when I write directly into the email I have difficulties to write it as I wish concerning the paragraphs, the fonts..etc

Moreover, I copy parts of other word-processing documents into my email

What word processing program are you using and what email program are you using?

Typically, if you're using Microsoft Word and Outlook, copying and pasting between the two programs are pretty seamless.

When I copy from word-processing Microsoft Word to my Yahoo email the indentation of the paragraph is different but also the size of the letters which is very annoying because it forces me to spend a lot of to re-write entire paragraphs

I am not a specialist of computing but I think that there should be a solution because plenty of people use word-processing Microsoft and Yahoo.

Maybe the solution is to copy from word-processing Microsoft Word to another program and from this other program to the Yahoo email

The question is which could this other program be?
