To much ram in computer properties

When I right click on the my computer icon and go to properties, the general information tab says Ihave 327,208 mb of ram. I only really have 320. Why would this happen and how do I change it back. It seems to have a big effect on the performance of my computer
 
I have two different OP on my computer. I have 2000 and XP. The xp shows the correct amount of ram. 2000 is showing an incorrect amount. It should show 320 like xp does. I have had the dual OP for about 4 years and have not had this problem before
