sir
i have bsnl broadband service in my town. i want to take 512 kbps speed with 10 GB monthly download/upload limit service. in the lan network with 512 kbps speed they are downloading 200MB to 250MB per hour. so i want to reduce the speed of 512 kbps to 200kbps so that they can download only 70MB to 90MB per hour. sir please help me to find a software to reduce the speed of broadband connection.
