Tons of HD activity

Even when i am idle i get alot of hard drive activity. Im not sure why, i have run adware, AVG and defragged last night. Even when i am idle i get tons of activity.

Any suggestions?

Your hijack log is pretty long and I myself don't know how to read it. I post mine on a site that is very good at reading those logs. For now go to Start/Run/msconfig/Startup tab

look to see what is running. The startup can get out of control if you are not paying attention and those items are running all the time.

I just said in my top post that if he posts his log into the site i gave him it will do an analysis to identify any sort of spyware and malware.:rolleyes:

im doing that right now, and no programs boot up except for zonealarm and AVG, so my boots are pretty quick. The startup folder is also empty.

edit:
HijackThis says that my computer is clean.. Now im cofuzzled, im gonna reboot and see what happens.
