also, i have many program running!!and i dont know what to do of these .exe files.

can i kill all of these process? o)

Type in msconfig at the Run prompt off of the Start menu and press the enter key. This will open the MS configuration utilty by displaying a screen with several tabs. The last on the right side is the Startup group where you can easily disable startup items by unchecking them. Just don't disable the wrong items for video and sound even though you can return there to re-enable anything found needed.

You will have to restart the system afterwards to see any changes put into effect. This will prevent various items from loading up along with Windows. For simply ending one or more processes immediately you open the task manager and highlight the process you want to end. But if you end any essential system processes you will have restart the system to Windows run normail again.
