Took your advice...lets try this again...New PC components!

Thanks, I knew about the GPU needing that and forgot. Thats why I look to the experts! I'll get that better PSU and yes I already own that card. So the AM3+ boards can still use the same AM3 processors and AMD future processors will be AM3+...at least thats what I assume?

You know I was nervous about the case because it had no reviews but I really like the looks. The one you suggested is similar though and I do like it. Now someone told me ram doesn't heat up much so I wasn't sure if it was worth it. I currently have heatsinks on my ram and love the look but not sure if it makes a difference. Yes I already own the GTS 250. I think I will definitely got with the AM3+ motherboard if it is AM3 compatible and future upgradable.

Also, I am open to MicroATX or ATX. I know I won't be using all the pci slots and I won't be maxing out the RAM...will Micro suit me just as well as ATX?

The Gigabyte is a good board. 2oz copper PCB 8+2 power phase setup. Nice heatsinks. Runs AM3 and upcoming AM3+

The memory, its up to you. True memory in general will not overheat, unless you have it overvolted and overclocked, or just really bad air flow. But its 5 bucks. lol

I do not plan on overclocking at all. Just need a new build to play newer games with RAGE being my target (unless it flops but I doubt it).

the other fans won't come with it, you'd have to purchase them seperately and install them, also wouldn't the ripjaw 4gb stick on sale now for 25 i think work fine and he could get a second later, and it's 1600mhz i believe so it will be about the same speed as the 2 at 1333 wouldn't it?

Oh I know I'll need to buy the fans, just no idea what the ideal configuration would be? And I probably wouldn't buy 5 fans...I'd at least put the rear exhaust in and maybe another. What do you guys think would be best. And I'll consider a 4 gig stick rather than 2x2 gig. Any performance difference? I'm assuming best idea would be 4 gig stick and later I can add another if needed. Thoughts?

Another question:

Processor comes with fan/heatsink...what would I need to spend to get an upgrade? I see some heatsink/fans combos pretty cheap and very expensive. Is the one included sufficient for some decent gaming? Do I NEED to upgrade?

the only time you'll have to upgrade the case or cpu fans is if you live in an extremely dry/hummid area or no ac, otherwise overclocking is the only other time, the stock case and cpu fans are plenty, and the case should come with a intake and exhaust normally.
