Toolbar for Windows XP

Well... After my parents saw my desktop with windows vista on it, they were in love with the tool bar. So now, they want one themselves.

I was looking at this site:

http://www.thoosje.com/sidebar.html

for the sidebar, is it legit, or will it give me a virus.

P.S. They have Windows XP home edition on their Dell Dimension 3000. (P4, integrated graphics, 512MB of mem.)
 
There are quite a few Vista themes as well as toolbars available for XP. Those are simply 3rd party addons and pose no legal issues. As far as individual sites however you will want some antiphising filtering active plus run a good sweep of the system after downloading anything you pick out. About 1 out of 1,000 sites will have some type of passerby bug!
