Top end LCD?

I am a photographer looking for a top end monitor to look at the best quality images that I can possible find.

21" prefered..not sure which brand is good.

i have an existing 17".. I would like to add the 21" for duo work.

I also have a video card right now that does not support duo..so I will also need a new card.

Cost could be a problem but lets see whats available anyway.

That's the number of colors it's capable of displaying.
