Toshiba A200 msn webcam problem

hello all,
I'd recently get the Toshiba A200 laptop with Vista installed, I'd installed the Windows Live Messenger when I try to connect to the camera, it closed and the msn exit, any help?

hmmm odd, does the cam works via its software suite only ?
(i mean without using msn)

yeah it works with the software and I can take screen shots, video........
I'd newly use the recovery CD to reinstall Vista again.
