Toshiba HDD 2D31 External Enclosure Help

Hi first time poster,

I am looking for an external enclosure that will fit this Toshiba
HDD2D31 which I removed a laptop which has recently died after 6-ish years of 'decent' service.

I have attached a photo (hopefully successfully....if a little blurry).

I also found this disheartening conversation of someone else struggling and seemingly failing to find a solution to this problem:

Welcome to CF. What type of interface(sata 3, sata 6, ide, etc) is it? Also what type of connection will you be using to the computer(usb 2, firewire, usb 3, etc)?

If it's going to be used as an external USB HDD then a simple wire connector should be more than enough for you.The one below can accept 2.5 inch hard disk drives and solid state drives:
