Toshiba Satelite A-75 Laptop PROBLEM!

Hi everyone, my Toshiba laptop is not able to recharge. The light that normally turns on when the laptop is recharging does not turn on anymore. Also I am not able to receive any battery when I plug the laptop in. Has anyone ever had a similar problem? Some people think its the motherboard, AC Adaptor, Battery, or some defect of the actual port where I plug into the laptop. Please help with some suggestions because I don't think its the motherboard. At least I hope not. :( Thanks.
 
umm, well if the battery won't chage the battery is probably junk, try a different battery. Usually when a laptop detects a junk battery it won't charge it.

Thanks for the help. It does charge but very poorly. I'm going to find someone with the same laptop and switch batteries and see how things go.
