Hi guys. Well I have a big problem. My computer configuration is Intel core i3-3110m 2.4ghz, Intel Graphics 4000hd, 4gb ram and a new ssd samsung pro series 250gb. Well first of all I have toshiba satellite for about 1,5 years. Since then my computer is great, but now and the last 3-4 months is very very slow. First of all I can't open internet, I can't do programing, I can't do gaming(that is a part I want to ask something more), I CAN'T DO ANYTHING. I tried to follow steps on internet how to fast my computer like to use CCleaner, anti-malwarebyte, to play games on low settings, to do everything for better performance but still nothing. So I need help what to do next. Also in the last two weeks I reinstall windows 4 times and everytime I reinstall it, its worst. I hope someone will help me and I will have my PC good again.

Well the SSD is new like I bought it this friday, the guys who work there told me that the SSD will make my pc too fast, but nothings still. Also I change the install windows from different installation but still nothing and I was gaming on that pc before like I played on high games from 2014-2015. My last thing if no other one help is to get the pc on service to do the thing
Just because its new doesn't mean it works well. Do you have a standard HDD that you can install and test a new install with?
There is no such thing as too fast. An SSD won't harm a pc.
