Tracing IP Address

I believe that someone has hacked into my Netflix account. I am able to get the IP address of the unknown; but is there a way to actually trace and identify the user? I know about changing my password and will do that, but am curious if tracing is something that is pretty easy to do. Thanks
 
Not really. Unless they randomly are hosting a bunch of shit on that address you won't get any personally identifiable information without sending a warrant to the ISP or similar.
