Traditional Animation

Hi
I've got an amateur interest in animation and personally prefer traditional animation (like PENCIL) however i've started to find pencil's export capabilities (you can only save as xml or export as pgn). I'm looking for a similar style program that allows the file to be exported in a more compatible file type. Any suggestions?

As crazy as it may sound, I'm looking for a program that is extremely basic (no use of models or other gimmicks, just basic frame by frame animation)
So thanks for your suggestion but the program isnt quite right for me at the moment, although who knows, I'll probably keep a note of it and try it later.
