Transfer over network slow!

I am wondering if anyone would have any idea why all of a sudden my transfer speed on laptop seems to always max out at round about 2 MBps, doesn't matter if its from router to laptop or laptop to nas it always stops at 2MBps! This woudnt be a problem but I know it can go faster as it did before, was getting about 4MBps, also can get 4MBps over wifi on my iphone aswell. Is there anyway to reset wifi on the laptop? I deleted connection and reconnected but it always stays at 2MBps!

Try a TCP stack reset.
Open command prompt with administrator privilege (click on Start → type in “cmd” → right click on the command prompt and choose “Run as Administrator”) and type these command:

netsh int ip reset C:\netsh.log.txt
netsh winsock reset

Hi, no I didn't do anything, just noticed it had slowed down, I have managed to get it to almost 3MBps now by restoring router to factory settings and then deleting wireless connection again from laptop then reconnecting after restored but I'll try that aswell as I know it can still be faster :)

You could try unplugging your internet modem and router for 10 minutes. Then plug the modem in, wait for it to boot, then power up the router.
