Transfer theme from and to a computer

Hello, Got a question. My dad has and old computer and it has a train theme that he likes. He now has a newer computer and would like to have that same train theme on his new one. I don't know how to transfer the theme from the old computer to the new computer. Any suggestions? :) thanks
 
First you have to enable hidden folders on both machines

To do this press start and type "Folder options" into the search bar and hit enter.

In the box that comes up, go to view, and look for the header "Hidden files and folders". Set this to show all hidden files and folders.

Now navigate to: C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\local\Microsoft\windows\themes

Save the folder of the theme you want, and place it in the same location on the other machine. It doesn't matter if the usernames on the computers are different, btw.
