transfereing my XPS parts to a Thermaltake Spedo

I have a Dell XPS 630i Desktop.

Current configuration is: Intel Duo 2 Quad Core Q9300 Processor, 6Gb OZC PC6400 Dual Channel DDR2 800Mhz, 2(SLI) Nvidia GeForce 8800 GT, a Dell-Ified Nvida based 630i or 680i Motherboard, Running Windows Vista Ultimate 64bit Edition, with a Western Digital 500 Gb hard drive, and a Creative Sound blaster XFI Fatality series Soundcard.

I recently purchased a Thermaltake Spedo Advanced package computer chassis, and my question to you is, inside the XPS, there is the motherboard, and there’s a Master IO board where all the USB connectors ect. get hooked up to. Would I have to transfer that small board over to my new case in order for the main board to function properly?

Board Does not need Master I/O Board

I just finished rebuilding my system. Works 100%. There is unmarked hook-ups on the board, so i just found a true 650i motherboard manual, which looks much different then the Dell-Ified version, but the basics were there. No need for the I/O board and i cut down on about 13 cables as well. When I can afford to purchase a better board I will, but incase anyone cares, the board by itself.......works fine.
