A friend has bought a new laptop and is looking to transfer their itunes library over. I sent him the link to apple support which shows how to transfer it using the iPod as a mini hard drive to move it across

However now he has done it and the iPod wont stop synching or work properly with the new PC
any ideas on what needs to be done?
