transferring video cell to cell phone

Something i seen on tv and interesting. someone had a cell phone strapped on the front of his belt. turned on the video and showed everything behind him. looked interesting and wanted to try it with the grand kids.

Question: is how. i have a cell phone i don't use. Motorola Atrix 4G android and a Samsung Galaxy 5 im using now. I turned on bluetooth on both phones and linked to them i think. turned on the video on the atrix but get figure out how to transfer the video to the Galaxy.
Any ideas to get me on track. thought i would have some fun with this one. Even with the family.

Do you mean to sort of livestream from one to device to another ?

yes......... in real time if it can be done. i will try to find the video if i can. just don't remember where i seen it. maybe the news. don't know.
