I am looking for a very simple, easy to use translation program that will translate Spanish text to English text and vise versa. Something like Google Translate would be perfect but you cannot download that program.

oh and it cannot require I am connected to the Internet for it to work.

Go to www.freelang.net and there you can download it. I'm currently using it and it has both english to spanish and spanish to english translation. You cant translate sentences in the program but probably 99% of the words you need are there.
