Trio v Corsair

Hi im getting confused here about power supplys you guys say that the corsair is better but its only 520w? the trio is 650w? and 3 12v?

will need to power q6600 and a gtx

Corsair gets my vote

For overall build quality and feature set the Corsair is better. For total output, the Trio wins. With the hardware you've specified either PSU will easily provide sufficient power. If you have plans to upgrade the system and want a little more potential there, get the Trio. If you're looking to stick with your existing hardware, or make non power hungry upgrades, you'll probably be happier with the Corsair.
