You cannot run multiple monitors while SLIing. What you need to do is buy two graphics cards, usually one X16 card and one X1 or PCI card. This way you'll be able to run up to 4 monitors.

Have you ever heard of a TH2Go? All you need is one good card. The device itself is around $200-250 though but, definetely worth it.

if you have onboard graphics, hook one monitor up to that and the other two monitors to your video card, it works great on my brother's HP desktop

How is that possible. You cant have integrated graphics and a pci-e slot enabled, can you?
