Trojan/ Crypt XPACK.gen

I think I accidentally downloaded a trojan, then clicked on the .exe :(

Avira picked it up immediately, showed it as Trojan/ Crypt XPACK.gen I think.

Anything look suspicious in this HJT log?

Last few times I tried to run Avira it took me to a blue screen.. I don't remember what it said but it started dumping memory for a restart? I guess I should have wrote it down. I did a system restore from safe mode and now I'm running avira, it hasn't crashed again yet.
 
Please follow the link Aviation man posted and then post the logs requested as malwarebytes will clean up your system.

You are infected with the item Aviation man pointed out. Also if you don't know what ip address this is, I suggest you fix these items as well.
