Trojan found....cant delete..wtf?

Renos.y is the name of the trojan that my AV software picked up (trend micro antivirus), but it's unable to delete the Trojan and I can’t open the drive D, E, F. so what do i do now?

Maybe I should reinstall my computer and restore the data with ****** data recovery wizard or other data recovery programs.

try finding the location of the program and then hit ctrl+alt+del and end explorer.exe. go to file new prodess and type cmd then just del C:\LocationOfFile. If that does not work try restart your computer and go into safe mode by holding f8 as the system boots. and try to scan again

Reboot your PC in safe mode and run your AV.

OR, post a HijackThis log here for our experts to help you remove the trojan(s) in your computer.

Download HijackThis from : http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/_download/HiJackThis.exe
and save it in a permanent folder such as C:\HijackThis

Now go to HijackThis.exe and double click on it. In the window that opens, click on "Do a system scan and save a log file".
After the scan is complete, copy the complete logfile and post it here.
