Trojan Horses infections and spyware?! Please Help!

So my brothers seem to have gotten viruses on my computer ...I deleted the files and the items from the virus vault(which im not sure i should have done?) but I'm not sure if my computer is completely free of them, I haven't had a virus free computer in a while, can someone please help me? thanks much if you do!!! i've posted a link of the snapshot of the names of the trojans below

In addition to the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware log, you also need to run HiJackThis so that we can analyze the log it generates. Please post a HijackThis log by doing the following:

Download the HijackThis installer from HERE

Run the installer and choose Install, indicating that you accept the licence agreement. The installer will place a shortcut on your desktop and launch HijackThis.

Click Do a system scan and save a logfile

Most of what HijackThis lists will be harmless or even essential, don't fix anything yet.

Post the logfile that HijackThis and a detailed description of the problems you are experiencing.

I havent experienced any problems, just at first when the trojans entered my computer but then avast put them in the vault
 
You are clean but minor cleanup is needed.

rerun hijackthis and place checks next to the following entries.

Then click on fix checked at the bottom.

According to the log you have AVG installed not avast. If you have avast installed as well, you need to figure out what program you want to use and uninstall the other.
