Trojan.Metajuan Help!

Hi. My sister got this stupid Trojan.Metajuan on our computer a few days ago
and the trojan freezes the whole computer up after being on 10 minutes every day. and then i have to restart the computer again and again.

I need to get rid of this horrible trojan. But i dont know how.
I had norton 360 but it wont delete it. It keeps coming back.

Did you try running Malwarbytes? Go here: www.Malwarbytes.org
It is a free software that is very good.
Please let us know if that solves the problem! Make sure you update before scanning (I would suggest doing a full scan)

Hey i had similar kind of issue. I used combofix program to clear this off. You can download from www.combofixdownload.com. Make sure you read the instruction carefully before running this program.

I used it in a proper way and my PC is up and running with out any trojan.

Please follow JohnB35's advice. We like to run programs that do not need knowledge before running programs that could harm the computer if not used properly.
