trouble finding Gigabit (dual) card pciex8 or lower with VTC and TOE support?

I have a windows 2008 server with hyperV, right now we have a supermicro motherboard with dual 1000 EB gigabit intel ports.. (one board has the 1000EB, the other has intel 82575EB)

I dont believe these support either VTC or TOE (toe being the cpu offloading ability)..

I'm trying to find a card that has two ports ideally, or maybe two cards with one port each, that will have both of these features.. but for whatever reason, cant seem to find the combo.. or maybe having both is overrated, especially in our 35 user domain (with two HyperV servers with 8-10 on each box, some of which are file server vms)...

Our two motherboards have 1xpciex4; 2xpciex8; and 2xpci-x left for cards.. Ideally i would add two ports to each server, if not 3 or 4 and combine them, though 3 or 4 may be overkill..

Here is the only card i've found so far by intel:

Any thoughts?

Thanks

EDIT: Also found this one,

http://www.cdw.com/shop/products/def...PROD:42C1780

NetXtreme II 42C1780, pciex4 with TOE, but it doesnt appear to have VTC, it seems you get one or the other most of the time..

In either case, i'm not sure if these come with the full height brackets, which we need.

VTC?

If a intel pro card does not have it, i dont know where you are going to find it.

That one i listed above has it, but not TOE.. they go by intel i/o acceleration, which doesnt seem to be quite the same.

I was shooting for both in one card...

The 1000EB's or 82575EB's that we have built in, dont list VT-c in their spec, unless i'm just not seeing it...

Does anyone know if you can team two cards from the same manufacturer, but different models..

IE: i was going to grab the Intel ET Pciex4 E1G42ET http://www.provantage.com/intel-e1g42et~7ITEN0E2.htm
and was hoping i could team with the 82575EB or the 1000EB card.. but not sure how this would affect the virtualization features of the newer card (VT-C)...

Worst case i use the other dual ports as management only and the newer card for the hyper-v servers (virtual switch)..

Thanks

Sometimes .. depends on the software. I forget what one i was able to do and what one i was not able to do it with.

Either the intel or broadcom .. one let me .. the other did not. I think the intel is the one that gave me issues. Best to keep to the same cards though.

I know broadcoms have TOE as an option .. i never use it though .. i have had issues with it locking up.

Actually this one probably wont work, i thought maybe it had a full size bracket, but it appears to have only the LP one.
