Trouble reinstalling previously installed program...

Last summer I had cubase installed on my computer but ended up taking it off when it wasnt fulfilling my needs. Well now I need to use it again, but when I reinstall it, it crashes while trying to load! I have the security dongle properly installed and everything so I cant figure it out!

The only thing that I can think of is maybe there is still a file or something getting in its way from when I had it previously installed? Anyone have some ideas about this or know what I can do to get it working again?

try going into Program Files and see if there is still a folder there for the program you are installing. If so delete it and try reinstalling it.
