hey can someone tell me what the hell is this?

dont use aim triton. it has way too many bugs and problems. download the old normal aim and use that. its way better.
 
Look for AIM 5.9 on download.com or something if you're looking to use the older AIM. I've tried both, the older is much easier to use.
 
that is their UI engine. the engine it is running on. are you using the beta releases? if so, go to aim and download the release one.

if not, try redownloading and reinstalling.

but like previously said, aim triton isn't that good compared to its previous releases
