Trouble Uninstalling Prevx

I'm trying to uninstall Prevx from my system, but everytime I try, it says...

"The Prevx1 agent is still active. Please shut down all Prevx1 components and press 'Retry'"

I hit Ctrl+Alt+Del and shut down the process "PXAgent.exe" but when I do it says...

"The operation could not be completed. Access is denied."

Any ideas? I'd appreciate it

Try booting into safe mode and uninstalling it from there.

Try booting into safe mode and uninstalling it from there.

Try to see if it'll work, if not... It's because Prevx adds itself as a Windows service so it boots up even in safe mode. Here is something fairly recent that will explain it in more details for you and it seems like there is a solution.
