Trouble with Adobe ReaderX1

Can't open anything with my default Adobe Reader. It was working before. Tried to UN-install, that failed. Tried to download it , that failed. There may be a problem with Mozilla Firefox users like me right now. Can anyone check if this is a universal problem? thanks

Try resetting firefox back to defaults and then reinstall adobe reader. If that still don't work you can try Foxit Reader instead.
