Trouble with Internet

I am having trouble opening a few sites that I like very much. The sites are Facebook, Hotmail, Youtube and search engine results. I have no idea why i cannot open it because people around me can even if they use the same browser as me. Can anyone suggest why??

I use firefox 3 beta, firefox 2.0 and Explorer 6. So far the best one is Explorer which launches a few of these sites but when I sign in or search for something, it states loading but never loads.
 
It doesnt work for all internet connections, I have tried in school and at home and I think it is my computer's problem as people around me both in school and at home can access these sites.
