How Do I Reboot My Laptop ?

Ive Bin Tryin For Ages Now .... I Start The Laptop Up It Comes Onto The Desktop And Then Just Shuts Off Automatically ... Does Any1 No Whats Wrong ? ... It Did Come Up Saying RunDll Or Something Earlier When I Tryed ... If You No Please Could U Write Back

you probably ran a spyware program and deleted a .dll file which was critical to the start up process. using google you'll find that specific .dll with instructions on how to get it back in your system. you'll need the OS cd.

an alternative is to do a repair. either using the repair console on your laptop (if you have one) or by inserting the OS cd and choose the repair option
