trouble with recovering my system

yesterday night i got allot of software issues on my PC witch i'm trying to solve at the moment. Strangley enough the internet doesn't help me with solving these issues. so now i'm hoping that there is some final hope out there and ask about it on a forum.

What happened?
I'm studying ICT and my school gives me free software. My OS (Microsoft Windows 7 Enterprise) is one of these. For a couple of months it notified me that my license was illegal and that i should get a legit license. I used to think that i could keep using Windows without a problem but since yesterday it stopped working properly and many of the features (like ethernet card drivers, soundcard dryvers and system management tools) refuse to work. I had this old 250GB HDD laying around with Windows 7 Ultimate installed on it and it looked like a good time to use it. So i installed it and this HDD including the OS works properly. After that i ran into a few other issues

So what are the problems?

Problem 1: Windows 7 Enterprise still refuses to work:
I have been trying to get my main OS working. I did this by downloading a few tools that should make the OS legit. However the problem is now that i cant start these tools somehow. The tool starts up and after that it tells me that it doesn't work because some devices aren't connected :S.

Problem 2: i need to make a multiboot system on the annoying way
I have two hard discs with both an OS on it installed. Both of them work but i'm not getting an option which OS i want to start. Right now i'm selecting which OS i want to start by changing the hard disk boot order in the BIOS. So it is possible to start both of them but the way i need to do it is pretty annoying and if it is possible i would like to avoid this.

Problem 3: USB Keyboard doesn't work till the system is booted
This is actually a problem i have for a longer time but now i'm using two Operating systems it is going to get important. i have tried a hard CMOS reset and USB legacy is enabled. The Keyboard i'm using is called "Sharkoon Skiller".

Allot of thanks for the help already :D

No one here is going to help you use a pirate copy of windows !

The tools you are talking about, firstly are against forum rules to discuss, second they do not make your os legit they just get rid of the warnings.

Go buy a legit copy of windows then people will be happy to help.

it actually isn't pirated that is abit of a misunderstanding i guess x]. The thing is my school bought a student license for Windows 7 Enterprise. As long as you are a student of my school you're allowed to use a copy of the licensed image CD. But there is always someone on school who puts it on the internet and that is what happened. The license is used to much and that is what makes it appear illegal. The problem is that my school isn't authorized to give that license away, so there isn't really anything i can do.
So it looks like i need to buy a license, is there still a way to solve the other two problems?

To get the multiboot menu, you have to install the new OS while the drive with the other OS is still attached to the system. Not sure why you don't have usb keyboard available until windows boots.

I gues i should give all the information i can give about about it. I have assembled my own PC. Since the day i got the system working it didn't work. a PS2 keyboard however does work. I had to get one to get into the BIOS so i used the USB keyboard first. I have tried two things to get it working. The first one was looking if USB legacy was enabled. This already was enabled so i turned the system down to perform a hard reset. I unplugged everything except my HDMI cable and Keyboard. It still didn't work after that. One thing i need to notice tough is that when i am in the bios it looks like my mouse works and my USB keyboard doesn't. Incase there is need for it, i use this motherboard: MSI 970A-G46
And the keyboard i'm using: Sharkoon SKILLER.

another thanks for the help :D

On some keyboards, you actually have to press a key to enable the Fkeys at bootup. Not sure if your keyboard is one of them or not. It's very possible though that perhaps the system isn't built right, shorting out somewhere. Try the keyboard in another computer to see if it reacts the same?
