troubles with overheating... 8350 fx processor

I have a water cooler with a 120mm radiator and fan and when my processor is at full clock (4ghz) it heats up to 50-65c ideal...
I have my water pump power plugged into the chassy fan headers on the mobo and its set to max like 2350 something?

I have my processor clocked at 2ghz... and its 25-35c?

why is it getting so hot? also i have windows 10 if that matters????

That's an acceptable range.

If possible you can plug the pump into a molex converter so it always has 12v instead of being fan controlled via BIOS.
