and it made you think like oh that is so easily fixed if only i knew earlier i wont have to go through all this! lol

this was while i was installing more RAM on my rig, i kept on getting BSODs and random restarts if wasn't till two weeks later i decide to go at it again but this time i fool around with the bios since the BSOD's goes by so fast i could not read what the error was but i did see something about IRQ not less or equal and stuff BS. so i changed IRQ7 to IRQ5 and it works. :D

I beat you by a long shot. Puttin together my comp, tried to turn it on, but it wouldn't work. Tried to troubleshoot for about 2 hrs, couldn't figure it out. Brought my friend over, and in 2 seconds he discovered that my RAM wasn't put all the way onto the mobo...sad i realize

Two things... I had been fiddling around with OC'ing, and since my motherboard has no failsafe for a bad OC, everytime I pushed the multiplier too high without upping the vcore, there was no image on the screen and I had to reset the CMOS via jumper. Well, one of the times I had moved the clear CMOS jumper, but I forgot to move it back. For almost 4 hours I kept trying to clear the CMOS, switching it to the other jumpers and switching it back before I realized that it was on the wrong jumpers to begin with. Do'h!

Also I fried my last computer (somehow, and I'm not entirely sure how I did this), by managing to plug the power connecter into the floppy drive, not only upside-down, but also only on 2 pins fully. When I switched the power on, there was a spark as the power connecter roughly found the other 2 pins, and then the south-bridge decided it was fed up with this life. Boom... I actually have that MOBO hanging on my wall...*sniff* my first kill....I'm so proud :D
